Re: back arrow and such



Good day,

At first I got it from your cvs instructions, but to reproduce my 
compilation problems, I did a new CVS checkout.

I got this out of...

http://www.gnu.org/directory/GCL.html

Isn't GCL part of GNU? I think it got you listed as a maintainer... I'm 
confused...

Anyhow, I'll check out a fresh one and report back.

Just read CY's comments. I assume my problem must be the same, but I 
just issued a make and didn't check the configure output.

BTW, libreadline.so is in "/usr/lib/libreadline.so". I've got a fairly 
decent readline (readline-4.2-4) which I upgraded on this specific 
machine for some reason (can't recall). rpm -V readline-4.2-4 doesn't 
issue any errors.
