Nope. Got the same error with the very latest cvs for gcl and maxima.
Am I checking out the wrong cvs branches? I'm using maxima-pre59 and
the default gcl branch.
Also, I'm compiling on Redhat 7.2, with gcc version 3.0.4. Could that
be causing problems?
