One thing I find nice about ChangeLogs is that, with emacs, emacs can
automatically include the names of functions that were changed. With
CVS you have to remember to do that yourself.
I'm not too concerned about where the logs go as long as the logs are
decent. Something better than "Fixed typo" or "Fixed bug". :-)
