I have the slatec sources in a single folder and scripts for test
drivers in another, but it doesn't link with ATLAS.
There's a single tar ball available at
http://netlib.bell-labs.com
For linux what you have to do is follow the "readme" file at
"slatec4linux" folder. It's quite simple.
