You should also read 'A Course in Computational Number Theory' by
H. Cohen. He is the guy behind Pari. 
And then there is always Knuth. 'Modern Computer Algebra' by von zur
Gathen and Gerhard is also very valuable.

Anyway, I'll try to help in this as much as I can, since I also like
to see good number theory algorithms in Common Lisp.
