At least with TeXmacs 1.0.0.15 and Maxima 5.6
compiled after the last version of the cvs
maintained by Bill (plus some patches), it
does not work. I get the error message:
/usr/local/libexec/TeXmacs-1.0.0.15/bin/tm_maxima:
[: =: binary operator expected
