Hi,
today I looked into the doc directory (for the first time, oh shame)
and noticed, that in the maximabook directory there wasn't any dvi or
ps file. Shouldn't it be built by default? Any way I started make and
soon tex complained about a missing emaxima.sty file. I copied into
the directory and things continued and a dvi file was built. But the
make the stopped when tex complained about a missing pdfcolmk.sty
file. I didn't find any on my computer. Shouldn' it be there by
default, if it is used? Ok, I can look on the internet, but surely
this isn't the way it should be!
Can anyone enlighten me?
