5.9.0rc3 build failure in numerical/slatec/zbesy.lisp, gcl 2.4.3, gcc 3.2

Thanks for your mail.

I didn't put the directory for cmpinclude.h into C_INCLUDE_PATH,
although i suppose gcl 2.4.3 could have.  My exact commands were:
     mkdir src
     cd src
     gunzip -c ../tars/maxima-5.9.0rc3.tar.gz | tar xf -
     cd maxima-5.9.0rc3/
     ./configure --prefix=/home/maxima/installs
     make
     echo $?
     make install
     echo $?
