I would like to test a short program I wrote.

I have a short program for doing Elementary Row Operations in Macsyma (not
Maxima). I tried to run it on Maxima in a Windows 2000 machine but failed
-- although it created a lisp file from the source file it could not
execute.

I am particularly interested in seeing if my program will run on a Windows
98 machine as well as on a Mac OS X.2 machine:

Is anyone out there willing to try running my program? I have attached the
source code (EROS.txt). [You start the program by typing in EROS()$] If
you succeed and/or need help I would be delighted to know this. And I
would like to know which Maxima and machine and operating system you used.

I have a more sophisticated program that integrates Hamiltonian and
Lagrangian routines along with symbolic solutions of autonomous
differential equations. Once I can run the EROS.txt program I would try
the new program out on my home machine, modify and debug it where
necessary, and then provide it freely to the wider Maxima community.

Thanks for Your Consideration,
Larry
