Hi,
I've used Mathematica and Maple for sometime, but now I'm trying MAXIMA.
I find that MAXIMA has a far more powerful language and logic than Mathematica.
I find many many abstract comcepts in the 3rd section of the manual. I haven't met the functions mentioned here in Mathematica though I read a lot of Mathematica book.
I even think MAXIMA is not of the same type of software as Mathematica!
Am I wrong? Please tell me.
