Compiling RC4 with CLISP

Yes, I checked again and both rc3 and rc4 build correctly under
clisp-2.29 on Mac OS X 10.2.3.

I am building a darwinport for maxima and will make it depend on
clisp-2.29.

I still find it odd that rc3 built correctly under 2.30. Strange.
