list of developers at the SourceForge site.

Welcome to the Maxima development team. All new (and old!) developers
are instructed to consult the mailing list before making non-trivial
commits to CVS. I have a policy of keeping developer discussions on the
mailing list whenever feasible.
As of yet, we have no formal policy for releases, etc. I anticipate
setting up some minimal system before the next release, however. In the
meantime I rely on the good judgment of all the developers, whose
judgment has proved to be sound so far.
