I think we should have kept ode2.mac and ode2.lisp together in the src
directory. It's my mistake. Are there other Lisp files in the src
directory that are derived from mac files in the share directory?
I'm not quite sure how best to maintain the .mac->.lisp transition. The
obvious thing would be to just keep the .mac files, but that would mean
that maxima would be required to build maxima. Clearly, we need to keep
the .lisp files. I'll think about the build system implications some
more.
