I should warn you - maximabook is very much a work in progress. The
install chapter is now completely outdated, and many parts of the book
aren't even begun yet, let alone finished.
Also - you don't actually NEED breqn, but the cvs version of maximabook
looks quite a bit nicer when you use it - otherwise there are a few
expressions which don't exactly respect the margins.
If you can't get it to work, I can send you a pdf - just remeber it's a
work in progress.
