Request for PDF version of manual

Dear Bill,
Dear Cliff,
Dear Colleagues,

Many thanks, Bill, for your recent message about Mike's
so interesting DOE-Maxima Reference Manual (Sep. 26,
2002 version) in its PDF version.

I also believe that it would be very nice to have a direct link
to this page by Mike at

http://starship.python.net/crew/mike/TixMaxima

Could you, please, Cliff, take care, if possible, for such a
direct link in the Maxima official web site at Sourceforge
in the documentation web page analogously to what you
have already been so kind to do (after some requests of
course!, you remember ) with the Maxima Book you are
a co-author?

Mike's hesitations may concern some corrections and
improvements in his already so useful DOE-Maxima
Reference Manual, but this manual is already so important
and useful to us and I have already repeatedly used it as a
major source of information about Maxima.

Perhaps, Mike could permit you to add a direct link to his
above web page officially as Bill suggests, any revisions in
the manual in the future being, of course, completely possible
just by replacing the old PDF file by a new one.

I would be grateful to Mike in the case of a permission for
the addition of this link (suggested by Bill and now by me
too) and, naturally, to you Cliff too for your possible help
on this matter as well.

Many sincere thanks in advance and best regards from Patras,

Nikos
