The CMUCL change is due to the TYPE-OF tests I recently added to the gcl
ansi-tests suite; did CLISP make the same change? (TYPE-OF 1) must be a
subtype of BIT, so it can't be FIXNUM (nor could one have counted on it
returning FIXNUM anyway; the spec gives implementations a great deal
of flexibility here.)
