Hmm, the last 3 seem strange...

Of course, the easiest way is just to replace
5.9.0)
by
*)
in tm_maxima. Then your cvs version of Maxima will be treated exactly like
5.9.0. Things will work (at least first 4 choices, with 4 underlying
lisps). However, recent progress made by James Amundson will not be taken
into account.
My idea was to create the 5.9.1) branch in tm_maxima, without
maxima_filter and with properly modified texmacs-maxima-5.9.1.lisp, as
soon as maxima-5.9.1 will appear. CVS versions ure used by developers, who
can edit a ten-line shell script (tm_maxima) themselves. For ordinary
users, support of the official releases (maxima-x.y.z) seems to be enough.
Or am I wrong?

P.S. Yesterday I sent this mail to pip@iszf.irk.ru. The mail was not
delivered:

Does anybody here understand what's wrong?
