proposed changes to docs & messages related to debugging

Hello,

To follow up on the messages which I posted a couple of 
days ago, I have entered bug report #863106,
"clarification of docs/messages related to debugging".

I propose that we make some changes to the Texinfo files,
and to messages in the Lisp files, in order to make the
built-in debugging system easier to use & understand.

I have attached to the bug report my working notes and 
also diffs to show the proposed changes.

Any comments are welcome.
