Argh! This is very frustrating, isn't it? Linsolve gives the wrong
answer in some cases, Algsys crashes in other cases.
It would be nice if someone would volunteer to look at all the bugs in
this area....

PS By the way (this has nothing to do with your problem), you do not
need to declare arrays before using them. The only time it is
recommended is for large arrays which will be used programmatically
(setting and fetching values). It is not necessary, and in fact not
even useful, if you are just using them symbolically, though I suppose
it could catch typos like coe[9].
