2nd order linear DEs



1. You should probably tell Manuel Bronstein, if you haven't already.
(I don't know Lafaille.)
2. You can try some "hill climbing" for simplification. There
was a paper by people (using Maple) on simplifying hypergeometric
functions using adjacency relations.
3. If your program simplifies expressions with "*", you could
call it "Psychic to the Stars".
