Downcasing complete; cvs open

I've built maxima from the current cvs (gcl-2.6.5, cmucl-19a, sbcl*14*). All
test passed. Additionally I have tried to put itensor/ctensor package in down
case. Everything's ok except itensor's variables are still in upper case
even they are defined in low one.
