Bug Tracking at Sourceforge?

Is anybody handling the bug tracks at Sourceforge?   I reported one last 
night and noticed that most of the recent ones handn't been assigned.

As long as I'm at it, describe() is broken in the CVS; in short, 'make 
install' no longer installs the info pages, and once installed with
'make info', describe("log"); returns FALSE.
