New release of wxmaxima

Something like this is implemented for the ploting dialogs. If you choose
a previous ploting command using command history in input line and then
open the plot dialog, the values for entries are set to the previous ones.
If I decide to do that, that is how I would do it. But there are a lot of
dialogs...

Also all the dialogs set the entry, which is by default %, to whatever is
currently in the command line. This could be used so that you dont have to
type in a long expression which is already in the history.
