I just committed a change replacing all upper-case words in strings with
the appropriately lower-cased equivalents in the lisp source files.
KEYWORDS are now denoted as `keywords'. I made over 500 changes, so
there could be some... gasp... mistakes. Incorrectly capitalized words
in strings should now be considered bugs, so please report them if you
find them.
Note: I made these changes in the lisp source only; there are still many
errant capitalized words in the documentation. Top minds are working on
the documentation problem, but they are not yet finished.
