Problems with font set / cursor keys do't work anymore

If you are using cmucl use rmaxima, which gives full readline support
including persistence across sessions. rmaxima is included in Maxima
5.9.1. It requires rlwrap, which is available from
<http://utopia.knoware.nl/~hlub/uck/rlwrap/>;.
