Yes. Postscript output with gnuplot is described in the manual under
"Plotting". There are some examples given there. There are also examples
of postscript output on the maxima-gnuplot interface page,
<http://maxima.sourceforge.net/maxima-gnuplot.shtml>;, which is available
under "Docs" on the maxima website.

Postscript output is available as an option in the Maxima commands. I
don't think wxMaxima helps or hurts in this regard.
