moved nset.lisp to src/ from share/contrib/nset/

Hello,

I've moved nset.lisp (without renaming it) to src/ from 
share/contrib/nset/.

With related changes to makefiles, etc., the resulting system
builds (make clean; make; make install) without errors (on clisp).

With rtestnset.mac first on the list of test files, run_testsuite()
reports no unexpected errors. So that's what is committed.

However, with rtestnset.mac at the end of the list, there
are errors which appear to be due to the already-known 
"kill kills too much" problem. I didn't attempt to solve that
in any way, I just worked around it.

I believe nset is now properly ensconced in the Maxima core.
There may be changes to share/algebra/charsets/ which are
needed as a result of moving set.lisp (previous set code)
out of src/.
