with "Function" translated to loacale language.
@deffn
gives

Relationship between @deffav and @defvr is similar.
Finally I see why cl-info can't find
- Function
with "Function" in Russian - it tries to match
- [a-zA-Z]
This is not a big problem for translations.
One can translate body of the documentation
but keep in English.
