Case inversion in wxmaxima too

wxMaxima is showing similar case inversion to imaxima, as well as not
doing 2D output (separate issue I think).

I need to do some major emaxima upgrading before I can tell whether
it's working, but tex() on the rmaxima command line doesn't seem to
invert case.

Weird.
