passing "ratexpand" as a functional parameter

Hi!

How can I pass ratexpand as a functional parameter?

If I just pass ratexpand it will evaluate it to "FALSE"
because it is also a switch.

If I pass "ratexpand" (with quotes) it won't work, either.
