gcl 2.6.7 & maxima 5.9.1.1cvs

I successfully built Maxima 5.9.1.1cvs using mingw (Windows XP) and gcl 
2.6.7.  The
test suited showed no unexpected errors. 

Two days ago, I built gcl 2.6.7 de nouveau. Some components in my mingw 
are nearly 
a year old -- otherwise my setup should be up to date.
