I've asked Mathsoft to do this. Probably $500 or so, sent to ESTSC.

Either clearing up permission to use Bill's stuff or separating it
out would seem to be the next legal step.
I don't know about the documentation. I thought we had it all, and more,
(since Macsyma Inc documentation is on my website -- describing a superset
of Maxima.)
