Probably not.

Where did I suggest that? I was asking what you were arguing.
It'd be too easy, though, to take a file from a GPL source and say
"I'm sure this file is licensed differently elsewhere, I'll just take
this." If you have the source with a different license, why not just
take it from there in the first place?
