trouble packaging spanish and portuguese .info and .html

hello all,

if you cvs update -r RELEASE-5_9_2-BRANCH and then build the rpms,
i think you'll find that everything builds OK, including the .info and .html
files for the english, spanish, and portuguese texinfo, but only the
english .info and .html files are packaged in the rpm. (the spanish and
portuguese .info and .html are created in the build directory but not
packaged.)

i've puzzled over the rpm spec file and the makefiles, but i can't
figure out how the english info/html files are specified, and lacking
that i can't figure out how to include the others. i've tried to modify
doc/info/{es,pt}/Makefile.am to be "just like" doc/info/Makefile.am
but that's not enough.

(just for this release, all three languages of the reference manual
will be included in the same release file, unless there's an outcry.
for the next release i'm planning to arrange them in language-specific
files. i hope that's OK.)

any hints about the spec file and/or makefiles gratefully accepted.
