Windows build will be available later today.
Maybe it is better to include texi2html 1.76 into
distro tarball. RC2 build failed to me on making
html documentation both on Windows and Linux due to
missing texi2html on Windows and wrong texi2html
version on Linux. I just worry that we may get
many "I can't build Maxima" reports especially on
Linux because texi2html version which comes with
tetex is not suitable.
