novice: maxima - lisp

Hello I am new to maxima (and new to lisp).

Is it possible to use maxima-generated lisp-files in gcl (or any other
lisp-implementation)?
Loading the file "maxima-package.lisp" and afterwards the
maxima-generated lisp-file fails.
