- XP SP2
- msys 1.10.0
- gcc 3.3.1
- binutils 2.14.90
- gcl 2.6.6 ANSI Feb 10 2005, I think this the mingw download

Just downloaded and tried this on a clean XP SP2 machine - same problem.
