1. I'm now working on Russian .texi translation.
2. Make describe locale aware and integrate Portuguese,
Spanish and Russian into Maxima.
Probably 2 before 1 would be finished since it
may take quite a bit of time.
3. Framework for localized Maxima messages.
I'll try to fix various Windows specific
problems.
There is one project which I'd like to see
done as soon as possible - real Lisp strings
instead of historical Maxima & strings.
Unfortunately due to 1-3 above I have no time
to work on this project myself.
