trgsmp.mac and translated files

Do you know what the bugs are?  Are the in the bug tracker?  That
would certainly help in fixing the translation code.

FWIW, I've made a few minor changes so that trgsmp (and ode2) can be
translated, and the resulting translations run the testsuite just
fine.  (But there's only one trigsimp test; we should add some more.)
