Unfortunately, I have no access to any Mac. It would be interesting to
understand what goes wrong.
By the way, what version of TeXmacs do you use? Until recently, there were
problems with running maxima/sbcl and maxima/cmucl from TeXmacs on Linux.
Now they are fixed, and the interface works OK with gcl, clisp, sbcl, and
cmucl (I cannot test openmcl because it runs on Macs only).
