It's done. I deleted the control characters and re-built with clisp
under utf8 encoding. It all works fine! I commited the healthy files
Input.es.texi and Rules.es.texi to cvs some minutes ago.
I don't know how these DOS control characters where introduced here,
since I don't work with MS-DOS. I usually edit the plain text files with
'gedit' in gnome, and the control characters aren't seen from there; I
saw them when I opened the files with emacs.
In any case, everything seems to be ok now.
