Problem of Maxima 5.9.3 under Windows

Maxima 5.9.3 has a problem with loading under Windows:

This is the full error message I get with
Maxima 5.9.3 under Windows when I try to load my package (SARAG):

(I get the same error message even after removing the
definitions of floor, ceiling, uncenter and removing uncenter from the
code)
