Maxima 5.9.3 release

I have patched the source code of sbcl so that it works without a  
wrapper.
This change was just committed to DP so it may not be visible for 12  
hours.
Contrary to what is suggested in the documentation, it does not seem
possible to tell sbcl where it will be installed, some files just  
have to be
edited.

This might break things that rely on the hardcoded path /usr/local, but
having given it a bit of thought, I'm willing to say that those people
should just change their configurations, or report a bug upstream.

The revised sbcl port file still builds maxima correctly, but the  
TeXmacs issue
remains unresolved.
