well, i'm not entirely opposed to moving from SF to
some other hosting. however it would be a lot of trouble,
and there would be a substantial time lag (on the order of
a couple of years, i'm guessing) until the world realizes
that maxima isn't where it used to be.
the main difficulty that i see with SF is that the pages
are big and complicated. this discourages working with
SF over a slow connection.
on the whole, i think SF has a lot of useful features.
so i'm not inclined to abandon it.
