problem building under windows

I didn't discover the problem, but can now
build Maxima CVS under XP. After failing to build
the 1 April, 27 March, and 31 March code, I tried
the current code. It worked. Maybe there isn't a 
bug--it might have been my mistake.

I wish that Maxima was easier to build under
Windows.
