Re: maxima-lang-fr mailing list now open for business

Thanks very much to Laurent Couraud for translating the majority
of the maxima-lang-fr sign-up page. There are only a few words
not yet translated.

By the way, despite my name, I can barely read French at the
newspaper level, and when I try to write or speak it, it is an
embarrassment .... 8^)
