I'm translating (from Maple), Manual Bronstein's pmint program,
pmint= Poor Man's Integrator, which is a 100-line implementation of
a version of the "parallel" Risch algorithm.

It would provide yet another program with overlapping capabilities.

pmint is on Bronstein's web site at inria.
