Hi.
I've been using Maxima casually recently, trying to wean myself from
proprietary Maple, and I unfortunately keep running into dead-ends
with Maxima. I'm not sure if all of the dead-ends are there because
Maxima is truly incomplete or because my Maplisms are preventing me
from using Maxima to its full potential.
At any rate, I would like to be able to contribute something to
Maxima. It's probably a very n00bish thing of me to say this, since I
don't know the first thing about coding in Lisp. My first question is,
where can I learn about the Lisp dialect that Maxima is written in? My
other question is, how else can I contribute to Maxima? Translation?
Documentation? Testing?
