patching CVS/Root so -d option not needed

Hi,

I don't know if everyone has seen this one yet. Since the name
of the cvs server changed, a different cvs root has to be specified.
If you edit the file CVS/Root (there are many such files, one for
each cvs directory) you can just change ... at cvs.sourceforge...
to ... at maxima.cvs.sourceforge... That way you don't need to
specify the new cvs root on the command line with the -d option.
