case inversion in TeXmacs output

Yes, this is exactly what is expected for this combination.

Nobody updates WinTeXmacs for quite a long time. Long ago, a subset of 
interface to maxima-5.9.1 was ported to Windows; sinse then, nothing has 
changed on this platform. Case handling has changed in maxima-5.9.2.

This is the question to the community of Windows users of TeXmacs:
IS THERE ANYBODY WHO CAN HELP?

We urgently need some Windows user who could port a newer interface to 
this OS.

If nobody from this community is going to help himself and others,
things will stay in this state forever.
